Not much really, acceptable value for money. If you have (very) low expectations, this hotel will not disappoint you.

The double room had 2 beds, one was awful. Also one of the beds had an unusually short sheet. The food is lacking good meat (mostly there is processed meat), the sweets (deserts) are something (don't really know what) really cheap. The staff is generally ok, but chances are you will find someone unfriendly.

The entertainment program here is fantastic, with activities six days a week! Our family loved the warm atmosphere, and the pool bar. My friend and I enjoyed chatting with the lovely staff and taking in the vibrant hotel ambiance.

In my wife's opinion, the dining options need variety.

Great and clean rooms, food, location

Coffee just to the breakfast and till the lunch, very small spirits and all the beverages only in plastic cups, parking costs 5 euro/day, just lobby bar and restaurant bar for all inclusive, the others like pool bar, ice corner bar, etc. are payable, not enough sunbeds and parasolars.

Simply no reason to complain, lovely stay. Newly remodelled place with excellent staff and lovely views. Really good building, great and prime location just off the sea and easy ways to get there. Again, not far from Lunapark. Neat and modern looking room and a clean bathroom. A lot of eggs and bacon at breakfast.

The pool area was fantastic and the animation team. I was like I made friends for life!

Excellent lovely hotel with BRILLIANT location down the embankment. Huge and beautiful room, with a large bed. Location just off the center, the surrounding gardens and the '' restaurant ''.

The hotel with quiet rooms, in an amazing area, in the centre of Pomorie. A great selection of various drinks, such as wines and gins in the bar. Such a really amazing stay for the whole vacation...

Cleanliness needs serious attention!!! The disorganization regarding pool bar access is frustrating, leading to confusion about what all-inclusive means!!! More variety in food options would enhance the experience significantly!!!

The big rooms offered comfort, especially with the fine sea view. The pool and swim-up bar provided a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. Particularly Steve, were genuinely helpful. The garden view from the balcony was a peaceful addition to our mornings.

The pool was always clean, and we enjoyed the refreshing drinks at the bar. We also loved the beach just steps away and went to the aqua park, a blast.

We encountered slow internet , a bit frustrating to stay connected.

The pool area was enjoyable, but the shower head was not adjustable.

the room was small and quite noisy from the nearby bar. but the pool area was great! i enjoyed the friendly animation team, and the beach was really close. also, the drinks were nice! 🍹🎉

I had an amazing long weekend at the pomorie. The big room we stayed in had a fine sea view and the pool was inviting. The warm and friendly atmosphere.
